Winning (Part 2.5)
It's funny, because it's true. It's also sad, because it's true.
Last week Pastor Drew challenged us to go both "deep AND wide" with our relationships; that this is what "winning" looks like to God. This short video shows us that we have a responsibility to God to not only hear His Word, but DO what it tells us. Jesus was the perfect example and, while I imagine he had no "comfort zone", He showed us that we must pursue relationships with those He came to save. We can pack our heads full of knowledge and exist in the safety of the four walls of the church but we are called to apply what we have learned through His word and rely on the guidance and counsel of the Holy Spirit to assist us in our "doing".
So, GO FISHING! Be doers of the Word! Go win some souls for the Kingdom!
